have been a while since i last updated my blog...malas or takder masa or both...

since my last visit to the hospital on my chest pain, the pain is no longer occuring..even the short breathness yg aku rasa frequently dulu pun dah takder...maybe once in a while tapi alhamdulillah dah tak macam ari tu...memang tak tau apa sebab nyer tapi sejak aku berjogging, the pain slowly hilang..and with that, i will continue berjogging lepas raya nanti ;)

talking about jogging, last month i did ajak the whole family, excluding aqeel, pegi jogging kat tasik cyber..had fun...yem kena jogging more often :P

then on the same day, we went to zan's wedding..yg ni memang gilos...aku rasa korang dah tau yg kenduri dia ber'theme'kan mexican...kitaorg dtg just smart casual..sbb takder baju yg ala2 mexican...sayang our camera have some problems bila ambik malam2..so gambar byk blur...

the wedding reception was totally out of the norm...outdoor, datang, free seating, ada meja for family members rasanyer..so we decided utk duduk bwk pokok :)..

the pengantin dressing is totally mexican..makanan was superb! memang mexican abis...kat sana jumpa apan, ojan, la-bob, chick, ayoi...yg lain tak berapa kenal or maybe kitaorg memang tak kenal langsung...

school holidays are over! (dah seminggu beb).. sob sob...back to my routine again ;) had a smashing break with the family...very tyring but worth every sen...

first week, went to sing*pore (6/6/09 and came back 8/6/09)..had a seminar to attend but since its school holidays plus sing*pore is currently having their so called SALE plus they're having this promotion called "malaysian pay*half", i decided to take the whole family together with me :)

stayed at "the calrose* apartment" located near "yuo chu*kang" dont play play MRT* station..huhuhu..when i say near, its not actually really near, we had to walk around 1km kot utk sampai..peluh gak la...tapi the apartment is definitely 1st class la..memang mcm hotel..minus the room service :) they even have an adventure pool...kids had really a good time there!

on our first day, since we arrived around 3pm and only managed to check-in at the apartment at around 4pm, went to the orchard* road...kinda surveying the price la...there are actually some goods which are reasonbly cheap but most of the items are quite expensive for us..not sure bout the others :)

on our second day, during my seminar, the kids went to the adventure pool and had their time of their lives (swimming that is)..then in the afternoon, we went sight seeing the once-a-malayan-land island..

went to the sing*pore flyers to utilize the promotion they have there whereby we only need to pay RM100.20 with the exact change (the price was actually SD100.20, but the promotion allows us to pay the exact value with RM) which is cheap comparing with the normal price that we have to fork out in SD which is currently around 2.45 more than our RM1. the experience was quite nice..but for me..nothing interesting except that we can see the land from afar..

right after that, went straight to sent*sa..took the cable car (again using our beloved RM to pay the same amount as the SD)...we went to a number of nice spots, mcm the 4D cine blast, 4D extreme log ride, songs of the sea...memang sampai malam la...kitaorg left sent*sa at around 930pm camtu...arrived at the apartment around 11pm..phew penat siot jalan! luckily we brought along the stroller :)

on our last day, we didnt go anywhere sebab dah nak kena check-out..so spent the morning on the pool..this time i pun ada join skali...then took the MRT to ch*ngi airport...

had a very unforgetful event at the airport...due to some reasons, we didnt bring enough aqeel's pampers..i was thinking that the last one can last till we arrive in malaysia..but to our nightmare, it didnt! the pampers leaked when we were to aboard the flight...we were already in the waiting lobby! camne ni!

i tooked a napkin and wrapped around aqeel and managed to hold off the leak until we were on the airoplane...tapi aqeel at that time was restless la...cannot blame him for that..tapi alhamdulillah the journey was not that long and managed to alight the plane at LCC*T without much fuss..but not without some leakage of aqeel's pea on the plane carpet...sorry air as*a..huhuhuh

memang lepas ni kalau nak gi jalan kena bwk pampers byk2!..

i know the 'v' neck jersey with "Hafnia" as the sponsor during the 80s when we were the force in the league and europe and they wanted to create some sentimental value to this shirt...but it is not really impressive...

i might be wrong..but as they say, first impression is the most important... :)

stress

on one lovely saturday morning few weeks back, i washed the car as usual (bukan every week la, tapi maybe sebulan sekali ;)), then in the afternoon, i felt this one pain yg kinda kuat jgk la on my chest...rasa mcm something tengah tindih my dada and this pain stays till the next morning..

and from that day onwards, my breath mcm tak puas...bila nak bernafas dalam2...1 dalam 5kali mesti mcm tak habis or puas...tak sure whats the reason..tapi informed my sis and she asked me to come to hkl and do some investigations..so went to hkl, did xray, amik darah, did ECG...the blood test looks fine, my lungs nampak abit inflated, my ECG "tak berapa cantik"..so sis decided to refer me to a kardiologist..

since rumah dekat ngan serdang and she has a friend kat situ, she referred me to hospital serdang...went there and did another ECG...then had to de "stress test" and ECHO...

the ECHO looks fine except that one of my injap mcm ada "mild" prob whereby bila darah flow one way, dia akan patah balik sikit...but the doctor said this is not worrying..

stress test pulak memang stress siot..kena jln aka lari around 12mins in 4 stages...each stage around 3 mins..starting dari berjalan, then ala2 lumba jalan yg kena goyang bontot tu...then hampir2 kena jogging la lebih kurang...during that 12mins ordeal, dia akan consistently check BP and ECG reading akan diambik....

i can see my jantung beat up until around 90%..memang stress siot...tapi alhamdulillah sume ok...doctor pun ckp stress test "normal"...so whats wrong?

now they suspect something to do with my lungs...they're referring me to the lungs specialist..tapi still waiting or queueing with the other patients...will only know in 1 week time...

doa2 kan aku sihat sume amin....

1. Damia got her first bike

Tak tau camne, tiba2 jek Damia saw this one kid cycling in our neighbourhood, dia terus mintak nak basikal sendirik. We tried to persuade her to wait for her birthday but she argued that her birthday is about 9months later; which does make sense :P Since dia selalunyer tak dpt any great hadiah from us, we decided utk belikan la dia basikal. She was very happy and now she would want to cycle most of the day :)

2. Aliff's sports day

Sekolah dia buat sports day kinda cepat jgk la. Dono when they practice tapi being a standard one student, dont think they did any practice anyway :P Since Aliff is not a sport kinda person, we did not expect him to do well ...tapi to our surprise, dia actually win something!...

Yem was selected to go for a trip to Hong Kong..accompanying agents yg cemerlang and that includes Sandra..caya la Sand..tak sangka plak leh dpt pegi same trip ngan yem...tapi she had a trip to remember....cuma i had to look after Aqeel especially at night...memang experience yg tak dpt dilupakan...looking after ur 10month old baby :)

writing is definitely not in my blood...nak menulis tu memang cam malas jek...ni kira memaksa diri sendiri la nih...

today is already the third day of school..this year, as some of u would have known, my two kids are going to school...aliff as a standard one student..and damia as a kindegarten child...both of them are freshies in that sense...

we were not that worried of aliff since he did went for kindegarten before and he should know what to expect in that context...we were totally worried about damia since she was our only girl in the family and also the fact that she was really attached to me was another factor...mcm2 main kat kepala otak ni...

let me start with aliff's story first...
alhamdulillah..allah permudahkan semuanyer...aliff was as expected..relaxed..composed..even though a bit shy..which is normal for him...he woke up quite easily up until today...kitaorg kejut dia bangun kul 645am...mandi+siap lebih kurang 15 mins..breakfast lebih kurang 5min+-..keluar rumah kul 710...sampai sekolah dlm 720am...

btw, his school starts at 730 and he needs to be there 10mins b4...time kita dulu rasa start kul 745 kan? so bila kat sekolah kena letak bag kat kelas and bergerak ke tempat perhimpunan...his school has a daily perhimpunan..kinda weird gak...tapi belasah jer la labu... his class name was 1 bayan...kinda funny..anyone of u know what bayan means? its actually a small birds name...

anothing that i would like to highlight was his name...dlm kelas dia jek dah ada 3 org nama aliff...camne tu? kitaorg dah tempah name tag pakai nama aliff (name tag diaorg length limit was soooo small)...so we decided to use muqri as his name instead...so from now onwards we will try to kind change his identity :P

kafa classes will only start next week...and the class will finish at 5pm...and after being to his school the last three days...there were no sights of vans or school busses..semua parent yg ambik...camne tu? tapi alhamdulillah we managed to get a phone number from a parent and managed to arrange her to fetch muqri from next week onwards...

as for this week, she will only be schooling up till 1030...and she is taking the kindergarten's van utk balik...and damia boleh balik ngan van cam dia dah naik dah lama...she even showed the van driver (his first day also) the way back home...impressive...

cant wait when she's going to standard one :P

motoparty...this will be our last motoparty...after all the great 4 years with moto..it boils to this one last one...sob sob..

anyhow, had a smashing time during the party...the food was quite good...the only thing thats missing was the lucky draw! selama aku kat moto nih...tak penah dpt..tak penah lucky...geram tul..the top 3 prizes was v8 and v9 respectively...haiii...memang tak dpt la aku phone tuh...kena beli sendirik la jwbnyer...

another thing that amuses me was the MC...had a decent nite...managed to make us laugh...and managed to tangkap a few mangsa to do some silly things..like..spelling some words using ur entire body...imagine, ur boss was selected and she needs spell "elmo" using her body, in front of everybody, including her staffs...gulp...

last friday..aliff performed during his school's concert...

dia buat 2 performance...the first being singing "can ma li can"...and the second dancing to a bollywood tune..."shava shava"

im so proud of him because he has changed a lot...dia skrg dah tak berapa malu..(malu tu still ada lagi..tapi controllable la :P)..shows a lot of confidence...and he really can dance! thats from my eyes la..sebab lentuk badan sume tak la keras sgt....tak la cam kayu sgt :)

also, before the concert we did ask him to show us some steps for the dance, but dia ckp"takleh...teacher kata surprise!" hehehehe kelakar la...he also informed us that he will be performing "dekat depan" but we were curious sebab all this while, since he is one of the tallest in his class, he will always stand at the back...supaya tak halang org lain kan..tapi for this one, he was definitely in front! to our surprise, he was the hero of the "song"! he also had a heroin...btw, i really love seeing the heroin sebab she was smiling all the way..so sweat...im a proud dad!

one thing that amuses me though..since his performance was the last for the concert...so bila dah abis performance tu jek...when he was on his way down the pentas...yem and i was rushing to get to him, a couple of ladies stopped him...just to take photos with him! mcm peminat la plak...the same thing happenned when we were on our way to the changing room...so funny!

school holidays here...but aliff's still at his school...but this week is the last week...so he only have about 3 weeks of holiday before going to a proper school, as a standard 1 pupil :)

last november, my house was full...my kakak from selama came to kl...my brother from penang came from penang...and all of us meet up at my place...the only missing was my sister in muar and jasin...we used this time to discuss on our last immediate family wedding planned sometime end of next year...

well, during their stay, pah (supermom) decided to buy a cake to celebrate november babies in our family...and this includes damia of course...sedap betulla cake tu... :)

this is overdue cause her birthday was on the 5th nov...dah besar anak daddy...shes only 4 years old now but i feel as though she is older than that...rasa cam dah 6thn dah...how time flies..

i went back a bit early than usual and after fetching yem at her office, went straight to mid valley...just utk beli cake! i asked yem nape taknak carik kat tempat lain yg dekat sikit, tapi she insisted utk pegi mid valley gak...its just that there are more varieties i guess...
we also went to toys r us...hadiah pun tak beli lagi! apa punya parents :P tapi luckily found something that interest here...barbies! as long as their pink, she's will like it!...bought some barbies goodies...

went to poh kong...asked them whether dia boleh buat tindik 2 belah sekali gus...the old man confidently answered boleh...so that was it! she did not even cried! power la anak daddy ni...she just cam tersentak sikit jek...sebab terkejut...thanks to the old man! very experienced i would say!

late last month..when i was cleaning my house, i noticed that my house's window handle at the air well (betul ke eje ni?)...patah..memang cuak gak bila dipikirkan...camne leh patah lak kan? dah la patah, boleh plak handle yg patah tu terletak cantik jek kat grill tu...memang mengejutkan...tambah pulak aku takder mangga kat grill tuh!

adoi..tak sure when the actual event happens...tapi most probably during raya holidays...so the very next day...i pinjam opis punya tangga..cause the air well is quite high....beli the window handle...and the mangga to be used...insyallah tak jadik lagi lepas ni...amin!

forget about whats happening at work...just enjoy yourself..in fact, its holiday season and a lot of movies coming out..

so last wednesday, yem balik a bit earlier...earlier does not mean yg dia chiow awal..just that she needs to rush a bit (aka running to get the lrt train in order to get to kl sentral..) so that she can take the 6pm erl train back to putrajaya...thanks baby!

we watched quantum of solace that day...the show started at 7pm! i had no choice sebab nak kena balik awal...so i had to come in a bit late sebab nak kena solat dulu...but managed to get in the cinema at around 720...just nice...baru jer lepas opening music tu...

for me, overall the movie kinda ok la...but missing a bit of kick! macam casino royale tu...and i think the girl need to be a bit sexy..barula bond! :P

then on thursday yem was on mc...i was on half day leave on the evening to take my mother in law to the serdang hospital for eye checkup...tak sangka plak the checkup took us around less than 2 hours..sebab kalau datang pagi...sah sah triple the time!...so bila balik, we think it is a good time for us to take aliff and mia to watch madagascar2!

yg ni memang mantap...cite memang besh..kelakar...budak2 pun boleh gelak...and also menari..especially mia yg tergedik2 bahu bila dengar lagu "move it" tu...jalan cite pun senang nak follow...sume cukup la...since dia kena continue from the first movie kan...i totally like the cool penguins!

i have been neglecting my blog for quite sometime now...it has been 3 months! memang lama siot...aku pun tak tau kenapa tapi mojo aku terus hilang utk update blog aku ni..sampai jawa pun dah letak comment utk "tambah nasik" which means to update it! hahaha...memang kelakar...

antara reason aku is sebab keje...skrg keje tengah melambak..naik bosan aku..especially after mot*rola punya financial result amat memfrustrating skali...nak buat camne..org dah tak nak beli phone mot*rola...even staff pun taknak beli...camne tu? plus plak ngan dia memang company US yg tengah teruk ekonomi..so just leave with it...and also takut gak sbb dia announce utk layoff around 3k staff worldwide...ntahla cyb*er punya center ada affected ke tak...berserah je la..any company that needs testers? :)

the last entry aku is in august..which is sebelum puasa lagi...so aku ingat just nak letak summary la of what had happened...yg mana aku ingat...and i can only refer to the photos that we've taken during the past months or so...

sept:bulan posa...and its our first time puasa kat putr*jaya...the environment was interesting..sebab memang kawasan melayu..so pasar ramadhan memang meriah...then surau2 and masjid2 pun memang meriah...aku tak pegi la plak ke main masjid tu sebab jauh pun..aku just pegi kat satu masjid kat pres*nt9 ni jer la...senang dah pantas! :P

we had a kinda full weekend...on saturday morning, as usual, every month, we need to go to pasar borong selangor to buy our wet and dry stuff...kitaorg memang selalu gi once a month jek, so kena la beli 2-3 kg in one shot...usually, we will consume those in one months time...

then, in the afternoon, we went to seremban for a wedding reception...kawan yem punya kenduri...had a nice trip and the makan was sedap oso..siap tambah nasik lagi..

and dlm kul 3 camtu, yem decided to go to nilai 3..just to window shopping..i was kind of reluctant at first, satu sebab panas, dua sebab ada aqeel lagik...mcm tak suitable la plak..tapi bila dia ckp kitaorg jarang pegi kat arah tu, and we're already in seremban, which is kinda dekat..i mengalah :P.. tapi bila kat sana,kitaorg jln2 lebih kurang jek...cam bosan gak la..

lepas pegi nilai3, yem called rosnah and she decided to pay rosnah a visit...dah lama kitaorg tak gi rumah dia, the last time was a berbuka puasa i think..lama siot...so kitarog sampai sana around 530 camtu, sian ros kena gi beli barang makan plak...thanks for the food yer ros...memang kitaorg balik rumah malam tu tak makan dinner dah :) full abis..

on sunday morning, aliff had his sports day...it was fun! there were food, clown, running, running, laughing, laughing and laughing :) i even met 2 of my school mates (i havent met them since 1994!) there is an advantage of having the same body "structure" as me! senang org nak recognize! to tell u the truth, i am having the same weight since my school days! jealous? :P

the event started with a lintas hormat of all the participants...aliff was the flag bearer.....as for the event, aliff did win an acara...it was a team effort i would say...and he was very proud of the piala he won...im proud! ...tapi on an individual event, aliff did masuk a 50m run..and he finished 5th out of 8 people...sebab dia memang tak semangat nak lari pun from the beginning...org lain dah ready nak lari, dia cam relax jek... huhuhuhu...im a proud father...

parents teachers day

last friday..we had to take a half day leave to attend aliff's parents - teachers day...its like a report card day la...actually i dont mind about his academic stuff as long as he knows what is wrong and what is right plus he's having fun learning, that's more than enough..i still remember being his age, still playing guli and gasing...

we met the teacher at around 315 and she started by showing aliff's exam paper..then dia tunjuk plak his report card...including writing part plus the oral part...that includes bm, bi, and jawi...and of course maths and science class...everything seems ok..alhamdulillah..no much concern...

then i asked her, how is aliff socially..and as expected, the teacher said that he is more pendiam (well, he's a carbon copy of me!), he will most like answer to questions in class when the teacher asked him...sebab kalau teacher tanya kat satu class, bukan dia tak tau..dia memang tak nak jawab, sampai teacher tanya dia sendirik...no issue for me..

but how is he with his friends? teacher ckp dia ada best friend, who is talkative..and since he is memang baik gila ngan mamat tu, so teacher pun let him sit side by side with the hope that he will "adopt" more or less the similar style...tapi memang aliff ada byk cite pasal memat nih...siap mamat ni pegi nilai pun dia tau... :)

tapi i kinda teringat zaman2 kecik dulu...i memang tak byk ckp...kalau cikgu tanya baru jawab...so who's to blame? ehehehehe... blasah jer la labu...janji dia belajar bersosializing ;)

we actually planned to cukur jambul aqeel for quite some time dy, but due to some reasons that could not happen...but his 3th month's birthday (ada ker birthday pakai bulan nih :P), we decided to cukur his hair ourselves...

during aliff and mia's time, we asked our beloved brother-in-law to do it for us...our reason is that since he is a pakar bedah, he should be a pro in cukur-mencukur nih :P tapi this time, he seems to be quite busy...so, these 2 pakar cukur la plak yg buat...gulp....

mula2 tuh memang takut la gak...yer la..takut kepala aqeel tu terluka la dek pisau cukur tuh...so mula2 try to make him steady...in other words, kepala tak goyang2 ler :P...so bila dah ok...i started with the pisau cukur, the pakai buang one....tried to use it dry...macam tak makan sgt...tried to use it wet, pun cam tak makan sgt..

so at last, jeng jeng jeng...kitaorg pakai shaver! philips lagi huhuhuh...thanks to mino/rosnah yg kasik aku shaver nih last year kalau tak salah! so apa lagi...shave jer la kepala aqeel tuh..memang senang jek...licin beb...

last 2 weeks, etiq@ bahagian policy had a family day at sungai congkak...it has been sometime the last time ive been to this place...i think the last time was for a teambuilding activity organized by tab...wow..such a long time that was...

we came quite early...the program is scheduled to start at around 815am but we arrived at around 750am...so "kan chiong" :P so we registered, got our door gift, planned to mandi sungai tapi its very cold during that time, so we postponed our niat to sometime in the afternoon..

we had some activities for the whole day...most of them are sukantara la...yem didint registered my name under any teams sebab mula2 pk ingat nak bwk aqeel skalik, tapi last minute tak jadik...so, i just filled in any team members who did not show up...

as for the kids, aliff did play the musical chair game...mcm sian pulak nengok dia main...sebab sebelah dia kiri kanan budak2 besar yg dah sekolah...belasah jer la labu...janji main :) tapi yg budak2 suka is hadiah la...aliff and mia dpt la gak hadiah beg sekolah...even aqeel did get a bantal mr bean ;).. but to our surprise, even the first arriver (org pertama yg datang) pun dpt hadiah...huhuhuhuhu

so bila activiti bebas start, kitaorg pun tukar baju and "splaaassshhhh" mandi sungai siot! memang sejuk tak hingat...cuma port yg kitaorg duduk tu byk sikit batu...

aliff and mia pulak jakun...if i remember correctly, this is the second time diaorg mandi sungai..all this while memang mandi swimming pool jek...jakun tul...sampai nak pijak pasir and batu pun takut...mia especially..terjerit2....apa la...tapi all in all, we had fun :)

alhamdulillah supermom is recovering...tapi still in the hospital..but without all the wires, except for the tabung darah yg diaorg tebuk tu...and insyaallah when the bleeding stops, she will be discharged...amin

ni kita tukar cite lain plak...back in june, one of our kids' cousin kena chicken pox and dia ada dtg rumah kitaorg on one weekend ari tu...so as expected :P, damia kena jgk la...tapi to our horror, aqeel yg baru 2months plus time tu pun kena! kitaorg takut sebab satu dia tak kena any injection on chicken pox, not like aliff and damia....memang kesian tul...dah la memang takder ubat utk budak cam aqeel tu...just makan ubat demam jek...

aside to nomee, aku tak ingat sangat nama buku tu...nanti aku nengok balik eh ;)

actually supermom was diagnosed to be having a barah rahim a few weeks back...it was definitely a tough time not only for her, but also to us....tapi being a supermom she is, she accepts it dengan tenang skali...thus the operation last wed...on a positive note though, the cancer, as my sister told us is still at stage 1a or 1b, whatever that means...tapi yg penting its still in stage 1..

continuning from i left from my last post, just after i finished uploading my post last thursday, my brother called me informing that supermom was having a bleeding..bleeding tu bukan mcm keluar period tu tapi keluar kat lubang tebuk yg doctor buat utk buang darah ke dalam tabung (dari tiub ke tabung)...memang banyak my bother said, sampai muka supermom dah pucat...cuak tul...doctor actually dont really have a specific answer to what happend...only that they suspect the darah flows after supermom moves kiri and kanan...tapi after putting in a pine of darah...supermom became stable again..alhamdulillah..

i took an MC on friday....just to look after her...but another complication came into picture...her stomach become bloated...memang kembung betul punya...siap nurses kena ukur every morning and night just to make sure nothing serious happens....another scan follows...and the scan shows that supermom's stomach is full of gas...so kena masuk tiub kot hidung..in 24 hours time, keluar some liquid and her stomach become a little kecik la...but still bloated...and u know when ur stomach is bloated, and u havent kentot for a few days, it feels definitely uncomfortable...that was what supermom's exeprience at that time...

tapi alhamdulillah, only yesterday (ahad) supermom dah kentut a few times, and to our relieve, dia dah buang air besar...mind u, since her operation, supermom didnt eat anything (except for the drip) which sums up to 5days! memang letih...u can tell from her face and voice....but since she has started to kentut and buang air besar, insyaallah she will be eating today...

yesterday, there was one nurse that came to ask supermom what to eat for tomorrow (today) tapi supermom was sleeping at that time...i asked her whats the menu for tomorrow and dia jawab, kuey tiaw goreng, bihun goreng :P huhuhuhu...so i just said to her, bagi bubur nasik ngan sup cukup la... :P

supermom had another operation yesterday (9th July)...we reached HUM at around 730am and by the time we reached the ward, abg afen and kak eza were already there...and sebab the day before, ada sorang patient sebelah katil supermom yg operation at 8am tapi diaorg tolak dia kul 9am, my brothers and sisters terdatang lambat la plak...nak buat camne..

745am..the nurse dah panggil supermom's name....katil dah sampai...so kena naik and tolak ke OT la...OT is on 2nd floor...so time tunggu lift tu, kitaorg sibuk la call yg lain2, nape tak sampai lagi! tapi diaorg still on the way, jem! memang la jem sebab ari keje..HUM plak tu...

So bila dah sampai pintu OT tu, kitaorg pun peluk cium supermom for her next major operation in about 2 months time...alhamdulillah she looked more tenang tapi still ada rupa2 takut la jgk...memang pun...sapa tak takut operation kan...

just after supermom masuk OT tu...my brothers and sisters pun sampai plus my aunties ...tapi what to do..kena tunggu jer la kat luar tu...and this time memang lama betul... from 745 am tu, pukul 430pm baru keluar dari bilik OT..pergh!

actually she came out from the OT at around noon, tapi since her blood pressure tu rendah, they have to monitor her stricly...tu yg kena stay kat dlm tu lama2...

and as of yesterday night, supoermom mengadu sakit...apa yg leh kitaorg buat is doa...and what touches me is that supermom did call my name (the first name that came out from her mouth after the operation) and asked me to bacakan doa utk dia...btw, few weeks back, i did show supermom buku doa yg leh kita amalkan and there is a specific doa utk mengurangkan sakit...and since supermom tak ingat doa tu..supermom asked me to bacakan utk dia...

will go to see supermom later today...doakan agar supermom can recover back to normal..amin!

this new addiction of watching tennis is really picking up, especially the finals for the wimbledon is just round the corner..

i do have my own addiction to sports, but most of them are do to individuals; here's my list:

i started supporting everton since i was ....in sekolah rendah kalau tak silap...time tu i remembered 83/84 kot...everton won the division 1 league (equal to premier league presently) and that was the last time we won it la :( tapi last time i remember that my bigger brother is a liverpool fan...

i started watching f1 just bcause i want to watch him drive...i remembered when he was with benetton in 94/95 if im not mistaken, i was in serata*s; waktu tu senna ada lagi..tapi time tu mana la nak nengok sangat..tapi dah terdengar la nama schumacher tu...then when i was in ppp, the addiction became worse since there is live telecast ...i cant really remember any race that i missed....

it has been very hectic in the office last few weeks...but one thrusday we had a farewell lunch for a team member of mine in alamanda...i am not really a fan of farewells sebab kena keluar duit sendiri siot..i remember last time in she*l, all expenses are ditanggung oleh boss...but that was in the past...tinggal kenangan jer la..

and today is her last day in moto..she has been here for 8years already and its kinda sedih gakla otai2 ni blah..tinggai org2 muda jek..bila pk2 balik, bilalah time aku plak :P

semenjak duduk moto ni, dah melambak farewell aku attend..byk kawan2 dah blah...kalau aku nak sebut kat sini memang penuh satu page aku rasa... :(

fast forward (from my last entry la btw), last weekend, we had our motomovie aka mini family day at sunway pyramid...motomovie is actually an event where all of moto employees in klang valley go out for a movie and this time, its crunch time -- The Incredible Hulk !

and to make it more exciting, the organizers organized a mini family day where employees can bring their spouse and kids to watch the movie..plus they also arrange a treasure hunt for the adults plus a coloring contest for the kids..

the coloring contest starts at 915am and the show starts at 11am.. and for the first time, we registered aliff and mia for the coloring contest just for fun, just to make them mix around and let them know what does it feel being in a contest ...both of them are grouped under Group A (4,5,6 years old)..

once aliff and mia we are done with their masterpiece, we proceed to the wayang hall and to our surprise, aliff won 2nd place! wow! this is definitely an achievement...he even say to me this

"daddy, teacher parames mesti suka kan"

the reason being is that, teacher parames was his teacher when he was in puncak jalil qdees, and teacher parames always say that his coloring is BAD! tapi memang betul pun, color ikut nak cepat jek..camne nak cantik kan...so one year gone, he can still remember this...memang budak2 ni ingat betul eh... but i am a proud father that day, he even managed to salam our country manager :P as for mia, dpt la jgk consolation prize ..tapi im still proud of my two kids :D

as for the movie, i would say that this hulk is much much better than the first one...this new hulk likes to pow wow and crush here and there and memang banyak action! tak rugi tengok! but seriously, im bad in giving reviews! :P

it has been more than one month since i last update my blog..it has been work, work, work, office, office, office...penat siot..even jawa wrote that i have been away "buat anak" lagi :P tapi seriously, takder la "buat anak"...kena "puasa" 100 hari kan..huhuhu

well...there are alot of events that happen during the last one month and i dont even know where to start..memang kalau dah tinggal lama susah nak start balik, org kata :) lemme start with my new kid, aqeel..

alhamdulillah, he has been a very well behaved baby compared with my 2 earlier babies :Phis biological clock matches our working lifestyle where he will sleep at night and wake up in the morning...bila malam jek, dia mula ngantuk..dukung kejap pastu terus tido..ada la sekali-sekala dia buat hal..but overall, more than satisfied!

he has also been gaining weight, but not as much as our two kids, probably because aqeel hisap susu gantung 100% kot...yem has been pumping the milk since b4 she started working (one half of the fridge is full of her milk)..thanks to rosnah's advice la...memang berkesan la ros, pakai bekas plastik tuh...murah pun murah senang!

24th june, which was during the school holidays, we went back to taiping for a family wedding, my sepupu. my sister booked seri malaysia for her stay there...its funny issint for a taiping family to sewa a hotel when they wanna go back hometown.. bukan apa, rumah kitaorg tu kitaorg sewakan utk buat taska, pastu rumah tu pun berabuk tak hingat (the rooms i mean) sebab taska tu sewa main hall jek, yg rooms sume kira tak sentuh la lebih kurang..so memang kena tido rumah uncle/untie/hotel la jawabnyer... we stayed with our untie kat kampung boyan tu, senang sikit sebab ada anak kecik kan :) and since my sister sewa hotel, kitaorg pun pegi tumpang swimming pool dia la :P

since we are in taiping, kitaorg tak lepaskan peluang la utk makan popiah teping, cendol teping, murtabak teping..cuma tak sempat nak makan abc jek..

everton in uefa cup - again!

today's news will undoubtedly be about man utd winning their 10th league title in 16th attempt..dont get me wrong but this is a tremendous achievement, and i do envy that...but i am really proud of my team everton...

fairly, everton have finished exactly where they deservedly belong, they couldn’t be competitive in the Champions League next season if they finished 4th, with the lack of squad depth due to injuries and lack of finance to add some major strength or big name players who seem to avoid us and prefer to play with teams in the EPL top 4.

So where does 5th position leave everton at season's end? Obviously in a better position than 6th because everton overall in the entire season were a far better team than anyone team behind them, and realistically better than 4th because we would have only been humiliated or exposed in matches especially playing away from home against the likes of world class opposition who have an open cheque to buy whichever player they want and simply would outclass everton onfield with what they spent over this seasons summer transfer window.

Overall, everton have improved in leaps and bounds in all areas and are still learning the game with ongoing development and hopefully a bigger budget to buy bigger names. everton are at the fringe of taking the next step in Champions League competition perhaps in a couple of seasons. I think another year in the Uefa Cup will strengthen the team and do the team wonders.

This season's Uefa Cup performance was quite outstanding, finishing on top of the group, and they could have won it this season if they had won on penalties, but you can’t beat bad luck in a shootout. Next season they will be far more experienced and competitive at this Uefa Cup level than being thrown amongst the lions in an unfamiliar Champion’s League level of football amongst the elite who would have left us squandering for answers next season what went wrong.

There’s nothing wrong with optimism and the team have surely proven they have given the fans the belief they are moving forward, but as fans it must be realistic that our form against the top 4 in the EPL is pretty poor and that tells us something — that we belong in a Uefa Cup level for the time being. It’s been a wonderful season with what the coach had in the piggy bank to spend.

the best performance from my everton this season was against fiorentina at home where we we eliminated by penalty shoot-out...we definitely outclassed the italians and it shows that we can play attractive football when its our day! and definitely need to sustain the "day" day in day out throughout the season!

last tuesday (29th april), aqeel, who is exactly 3 weeks old is being circumcised (aka sunat)...so meaning aqeel is already a BIG boy! huhuhu

we actually did this with dr hamid arshat at his clinic in damansara...damia last time pun kitaorg buat kat dia...and the circum cost us rm250, which i think quite reasonable gak..sian aliff sebab dia jek yg tak kena lagik....insyaallah bila dah besar sikit la kot...dulu ingat nak buat gak time baby....tapi bila time nak buat tuh, dia demam la plak..so tak jadik..

well, when we were in the OT, we were kinda cuak gak la..

satu, sebab anak kecik ko nak kena operate

tapi kuatkan jgk la semangat...aqeel pun boleh..takkan mak bapak pun tak leh nak tengok kot uhhuhuhu.. so bila dr nak start dr mentioned to us that the baby will cry a bit when dia bius, pastu insyaallah dia tak rasa apa2 la..so bila aqeel kena cucuk, first time jek nangis...then dia ok...power beb anak aku nih! cucuk 3-4 kali lak tuh! ngeri..

so bila dah tunggu a few minutes, dr pun start la the operation...nak cerita pun tak lalu la kot...sebab aku pun nengok2 camtu jek....tapi yg bestnyer yem managed to film the operation from start to finish! tapi aku cam tak nak la kot postkan kat sini...memang focus kat situ jek...nanti malu plak bila besor nanti :P

alhamdulillah balik tu aqeel ada demam sikit jek..pastu dah ok...and hopefully the "cap" will luruh in 5-7 days after the operation...doa2kan la k ;)

as for the title, memang on the 15th ari tuh, pusat dia dah luruh..the fastest among our kids...org tua kata lagi lama pusat tu luruh, lagi degil la budak tu...ntah la...

yem ari tuh bersalin tak mabik bius whole body...cuma ambik half body which she said cepat sikit baik...tapi memang nampak tak lama sgt sakit cam ambik full bius... our first child dia ambik full bius and memang cam lama gak la nak baik...wallahualam

lepas bersalin on tuesday tu, the nurse kasik aku the uri...as for my first 2 kids, aku sendirik yg basuh and tanam the uris last time, and this is no different...tapi memang pelik, aku ni takleh nak nengok darah, tapi bab2 yg aku kena buat...sume hilang...balik rumah petang tu, basuh uri, masuk dlm bekas, ambik cangkul korek lubang and tanam...kat area rumah aku... :)

bila aku dah abis tanam, aku lupa nak nengok kat tali pusat tu ader possible "adik2" lagi ke tak...huhuhu

kitaorg discharge dari sjmc on thursday...and baby ada sikit kuning la..tapi still tak serius so leh discharge... and on friday aku pegi jpn nak register anak aku...and u know what..aku kena patah balik sebab bila aku pegi kaunter tu, rupa2nyer kena bwk kad klinik MUMMY dia and not the baby...mana aku tau!...anyhow...bila dah sampai balik ...alhamdulillah tak byk fuss...mykid will be ready in a month...

dah jadik bapak kepada 3 org anak ni cam takder apa2 beza sgt la kot buat masa skrg nih...aqeel as of now, alhamdulillah sihat...tapi memang kuat minum susu....cam bapak dia ..huhuhuhu..just joking...tapi syukur jgk la sebab mummy dia punya susu dah mula byk keluo...

tapi bab mandi ni mula2 aku cam agak takut la..tapi bila dah 2-3 kali try..boleh jek..cuma kena slow2 sikit la...

as some of u might know that our lovely damia is already 3years and 5months old and we have considered her to be "big" enuf to be potty trained..and since she is going to be an older sister anytime soon, this has become a more essential thing that we would like to accomplish b4 the baby arrives...

and alhamdulillah, up until today, she managed to tell us when she wants to go to the poo and when to do her business :) tapi bila nak pi buang air besar, kitaorg pakaikan pampers la dulu ...and bila dia dah biasa sikit, baru nak bagi dia pi toilet utk buang ayaq besor...

so far, she pernah la jgk terkucil one or two times a day...bila dah terkucil baru nak inform yg dia nak pi toilet....sabor jer la... slow and steady la kot :)

but she seems to be very happy when we told her how good she is when she told her that she wants to go to the toilet...she even asked me to take photo of her doing it the first time!! (warning!: not to be disributed illegally - prosecutors will be charged in court)

have u guys been using the new (not so new la) putrajaya - kl highway? it spans from bulatan kampung pandan till putrajaya/cyberjaya...which links to the road leading to the ELITE highway to KLIA and F1 circuit...

well, i have been using it since moving to putrajaya (around end of last year) when it was still free and i would say that it is a breeze going to kl...no jam, no stress..

but it come with a price, literally...it will cost u RM4 when u use the highway from putrajaya to kl...rm2.50 at putrajaya and another rm1.50 payed in kl

the reason being im telling u guys about this is that i have been using this route since moving to putrajaya 4 times a day! dont believe it? u better believe it!

yem have been pregnant for 8months now and for the last 6months, i have been sending her to the office daily...not only sending her, but also to pick her up after work...tireless u say?

bukan apa, lrt tu dah la sesak, selalu rosak plak tu..tambah pulak orang memang tak kasik duduk punya la...and the worst thing is, (ni waktu awal2 pregnant dulu la) yem kena muntah dalam train ok, with plastic bag la of course, tapi that feeling of muntah kat depan org ramai tu...mana tahan!

so, as a mithali husband, i willingly send/pick her up to/from her office in jln maarof, bangsar! my trip will be from rumah, pegi bangsar, patah balik putrajaya hantar aliff pegi sekolah, then ke cyberjaya, then petang pegi balik bangsar and balik ke rumah...wow, memang sampai JB nih!

so kalau nak dikirakan:

Pagi: (RM2.50 + RM1.60) * 2
Petang: (RM2.50 + RM1.60) * 2
Total sehari: RM16.40
Total sebulan (20 hari): RM328
*RM1.60 tu highway NPE

well, this total does not include the minyak yg waja kitaorg minum tiap2 hari tuh..kalau minum sirap tu takper la gak... :P also, the maintenance la kan..servis every month or so..

tapi, all this doesnt compare with her susah payah carry our child dalam perut tu, plus keje carik makan lagi, plus susah payah nak bersalin nanti..

have u guys experience receiving sms from somebody that u memang tak expect langsung and the message kinda sound suspicious?

well, this happened to me earlier this month..the thing is, we went to this one kinda famous langsir place; ss*f cur*tain dekat pucho*ng..the place was just opened sometime end of last year if im not mistaken..

we actually planned to make a simple cur*tain and yem pun dah macam suka the material and we've decided to confirm the order la..and we have this one salesperson; which is kinda nice to both of us..giving some advice, ideas, all that sort of things la that we expect from a kedai langsir la kan..and kitaorg pun set date la utk the installation..but as usual, we had to pay the balance first la b4 dia install kan, and we obliged without any problem..

so, on the exact date, the installer pun dtg la pasang...and we're kinda satisfied la gak ngan hasilnyer tu :) tapi this is the nice part of the story..

then, on the 7th March, the incident happened...it was a friday afternoon, and i was in a masjid for sembahyang jumaat and all of the sudden, i noticed my hp vibrated.. "SMS?" i was thinking sapa la yg nak message org time2 nak solat nih...tapi i didnt looked at the SMS as i was very kusyuked ngan kuthbah, especially one day b4 the elect*ion :P

this is the exact message being sent to me:

"Hai, dah makan ke? ini no hp **** kalau free sms la ya." (nama tak didedahkan :P)

damn! this was the the sales"MAN" yg layan kitaorg hari tuh! memang la dia ala2 mak ny*ah tapi, ME? LANDEN? kurus keding nih, ada nafsu ke? huhuhuhu lainlah kalau tough, macho, handsome somemore! geli siot aku baca balik SMS nih! jadi layu cam bunga nih siot dibuatnyer!!!!!

just wanted to share an incident that happen to us last few weeks...

it was a normal sunday, and since supermom just came back from ijn, we went to kak ura's house and we spent the whole day at her place...and after dinner we went back to our house..and we started our journey at around 830pm...so sampai rumah dah 9++

so as usual, on sunday night, kena la make sure sume ready, baju aliff dah strika, baju keje dah strika, check homework aliff dah siap lum...etc .etc..so sume tu buat kat dlm bilik master la kan..so dlm duk tengah susun2 baju tu..suruh aliff letak satu baju ni kat luar..

"daddy, pintu tak boleh bukak", aliff bersuara..

"pusing jer la tombol pintu tu!", daddy dengan nada agak bengang..

"tak boleh", sambil tangan dok try nak pulas tombol tu..

"hai, aliff nih!" daddy yg dah naik angin sambil berjalan ke arah pintu..

tapi bila ditry, memang tak leh nak bukak pintu tuh! bila pusing tombol tuh, benda yg sepatutnyer bergerak, tak bergerak... time tu dah pukul 1030pm! camne nih?

yem dah start panic, mia and aliff pun dah nampak risau..

"camne nak makan ni?", mia bersuara ngan nada yg lemah..

daddy pun dah nak naik risau dah ni...try panggil mak tapi mak kat bawah tak dengor..gulp camne nak buat nih?

got an idea utk call fixed line kat rumah...phone ada kat atas..so bila call, lama gak la baru mak angkat, siap ckp "mak, kami tersangkut kat bilik...tolong carik kunci kat kitchen cabinet..
mak pun terus carik kunci...and bila try, still tak boleh! pelik tul, bila dipulas bende tu tak bergerak!
tensen tul...

next action, suruh mak tolong ambik screwdriver, kot kot boleh nak korek2 sikit kat pintu tu..so bila dah dpt screwdriver tu, try jugak la nak korek2, tapi STILL tak leh nak gerak gak kunci tuh...siap kopak tombol tu sampai melopong pun kunci tu tak bergerak! mangkuk ayun tul!

kepala dah terpikir alternatif...
a) telepon bomba
b) telepon abang
c) penendang pintu kasik pecah
d) terjun dari balkoni and try cari pertolongan :P
e) tido :D

so we choose b), and abang mentioned that he will come straight away...so bila time menunggu tu dok try la jgk korek apa yg boleh...

then at 1130pm, abg sampai...dia bwk apa yg ada jer la, screwdriver, pisau, ngan tools dlm kete...and to our horror, fail gaks! memang mangkuk tul kunci nih!...

tapi abg ada mention utk try guna kredit card..ala2 mcm cerita kat tv tuh :P..so kitaorg pun ambik la credit card yg agak2 tak pakai tu mengorek dari celah2 pintu tuh...tapi STILL tal menjadik! tensen gila!

then at around 12am, (time nih alifff ngan mia dah tertidur) aku terperasan yg bila guna screwdriver utk tolak kunci tu, kunci tu cam bergerak..so what i did was to ask yem to hold the screwdriver and i tried to hold the kunci guna credit card tu, and when the credit card managed to hold the kunci from bergerak, i use the screwdriver utk tolak dia jauh dari lubang kunci tu...and alhamdulillah mende tu terbukak!

phew, memang seksa siot nak bukak natang nih!...sampai terbaring aku bila pintu tu dah terbukak! gonna have to look for another tombol bilik la plak!

i was a registered voter in taiping (where kay*veas losses out to DA*P) but this time around, we went back to jasin to let yem ngundi la...at least at her place ada PA*S candidate.. FYI, my father inlaw is a ahli kuat PA*S in melaka and he even build a markas sebelah rumah dia ;) i really like the feel of the electi*on fever...and one thing that i admire those opposit*ion part*y, they use their own money ok!

(note: he was a candidate during 2004's election, contesting for DU*N Rim tapi kalah la bai)

lama siot tak menulis...memang tak sempat pun...and dah takder idea nak tulis

24 feb ari tuh supermom diadmitkan ke ijn for the bypass operation that i told u guys earlier..the operation was on the 28th and the reason why they asked supermom to admit 4days earlier is anyone's guess..tapi rasanyer nak bagi biasa ngan keadaan hospital.. mind u, supermom tak penah buat operation, even bersalin utk lapan org anak2 dia pun, sume via normal birth..so i think this major operation does make supermom nervous..

so, on the 28th feb, all of her 8 "superchildren" :P went to ijn early in the morning, as early as 6am since her operation will be starting at 8am that day...i tell u, it was a very emotional day for all of us as in the operation theather, anything can happen...kira cam bila masuk wad bedah tu, cuma supermom ngan allah jer la..yg lain memang lemah tak leh nak buat apa! we took turns to salam and mintak maaf, halal makan minum and take photos with supermom and the room was very quite except for a light sound of sobbing (everyone cried!) and alhamdulillah takder sapa yg meraung kuat2...anak abah la katakan

so when the clock turns 730am, the nurse asked supermom to baring kat katil yg diaorg nak tolak pi operation theather...and all of us followed her to the wad bedah..alhamdulillah supermom was tenang as always! so strong she is! but there was an incident where another man which is also on the way to the wad bedah with his family and supermom was in the same lift as the man...and bila keluar lift jek...kitaorg dengo org meraung kuat2 tuh...sampai terkejut gak la...and the nurse cepat2 tolak supermom's katil away dari kakak tu..rupa2nyer dia isteri lelaki yg sama lift ngan supermom..aduh memang sedih siot!

so kitaorg pun tolakla katil tu pi wad bedah and to our shock, siap ada queue tu nak masuk bilik bedah nih..one katil to the other...and in front of us is the man ive mentioned just now..his isteri skg dah calm down la sikit kot..and after a few minutes, they push the man inside...and now its supermom's turn!

so the nurse talked to supermom on what will be done, and shows her some form that supermom had signed earlier..after all those necessary things done, the nurse gave family members time to salam for the last time b4 entering the theather..so we took turns to salam supermom and again it was very emotional period for all of us..i think this is the most sedih period of my life apart from my father's loss..sob sob

tapi berkat doa sume org, now my mom is slowly recovering and she's now in a normal ward and it only took her less than 24hrs to be moved from the ICU to the normal ward! we're sooo glad sebab ada a few people yg still have not recovered (still in ICU)..

and today, dah 6days after the operation, supermom can walk on her own, dah ada selera makan and her face pun dah nampak sihat sikit dari the first few days after operation.. memang so glad she's recovering so well and insyaallah esok leh dicharge...but we will definitely need to make sure that she does not buat keje berat2 especially bab masak memasak and mengemas rumah..she needs some rest after all these years! :)

it has been a week full of events especially on the forefront of any news, we're going for an election this coming 8th march! even though i am a registered voter, i dont think i am going to go back to taiping and vote cause i dont think it will make any difference...i will be changing my address for the 13th general election, thats for sure..

as for yesterday, i went to bed early just to make sure that i can wake up 3am in the morning to watch the uefa cup match between SK Brann and Everton.. and for this 1st leg match, i am really pleased with the way we played even though some of our players are away due to injuries, but we managed to win 2-0 away from home...and the second leg will be next week at goodison...hope we can progress to the last 16...

i kinda like the jersey for yesterday's match though since chang beer's logo is being removed due to the Norway-ian rule as to ban any alhocol advertising (DAMN! Why cant we make such rule? - Islam Had*hari anyone?) - mana la nak beli jersey nih..

also, i read this news in the internet that the sepang f1 race next year might be scheduled during the night, to follow suit the singaXXXXan night race..i think this effort might save the sepang race from being axed out of the f1 calender! great effort!

supermom skrg ni ada kat IJN and she had to undergo a procedure called "endiogram" (hope i spell it right)..in which a camera will be inserted to her veins (most probably urat kat peha or least likely; urat dari tangan) yg akan sampai ke jantung..

if possible, the doctor will insert a "bubble" kat salur darah yg tersumbat tu...tapi if banyak salur yg tersumbat, then need to have an operation...

mintak doa-doakan so that the "endiogram" will suffice ...cause the risk of having the operation is much higher... amin!

salam all...so sorry that i have not been able to update my blog recently...the last 2 weeks of last year and the first 2 weeks 2008 has been very tight for me, reallyy!!! so sorry for the guys who turned up for the futsal game, hope we can have another one next time!

mula2..i have to pack our things since we're moving to putrajaya tapi at that time, our house is not really ready due to some internal construction (cabinets and stuffs)..so kena follow-up lagik...

then, my car broke down again! and this time, the car wont start..it was a saturday morning where i was on my way to putrajaya to meet up with one of the contractors when the incident happen...i was just passing a traffic light near the pasar borong selangor when the engine suddenly stops...luckily i managed to pull over to the side of the road by using the momentum of the car...

the car wont start! even the lampu check engine tu pun tak nyala! i called the eon workshop nearby..and they sent a pomen to the site..tu pun dlm masa sejam!

check punya check...tukar fius itu ini, the car still refuses to start...mati la aku camni..he said that the car need to be towed! so he called a tow truck and i had to wait for another 1 more hour for the tow truck to arrive...

so the chinese guy pun towed my car but since my car is heading towards the opposite direction from the workshop, he needs to make a U turn! so waktu nak buat U turn tuh, ada bunyi

"krangggg!"..

and he had to stop at the middle of the traffic light junction! punyala byk kete, panas plak tuh! check punya check rupanyer steering kete aku lock...sebab tu takleh nak pusing! so unlock baru leh...

a pointer here, kalau kete korang kena tow, biar kunci kat kete and let the steering unlock..

so bila sampai workshop, rupa2nyer dia punya ECU yg kong! and you know what, an original will cost you around 5K+ (gulp)...terduduk aku jap...but they said they will look from a kedai potong and it will cost you around 1k

so i left the car...but my luck is still on my side sebab my kakak in law is at home so i can pinjam her car for all the rush of pindah rumah..thanks kak chik!

and to cut the story short, now im no longer staying at puncak j-alil, we have moved to putrajaya indifinitely...so if u happen to be somewhere in putrajaya, drop by at presint 9 :)

on another note, aku kena amik cuti sebab aliff dah start sekolah kat smart reader in presint 8...q-dees is not available in putrajaya so we had to put him in smart reader...he seems to be happy in his new school...its just that he doesnt remember his friends names yet ;)

i definitely have lost some of my mojos in updating this blog...so now im just layan jer la with the mood of not having anything to update kat blog nih..blame it to the holidays plus the year end mood!

tapi today i managed to get some adrenalin rush to write something...last week, on the 18th of dec, moto had a year end party! and luckily this year, instead of doing it at the building's basement (jimat ko by the way), they did it at kelab komuniti taman tasik cyber*jaya..

they were a few programs line-up for us, which includes; outdoor go-karting, indoor racing, indoor games (yuks) and futsal. and of course, i was very interested in playing the outdoor go-kart as this is my first time i was able to actually drive it..sebelum ni moto selalu buat kat f1 circuit sepang, so cam susah la plak nak pegi..

and drove i did! and tell u what, it was one hell of an experience! since the go-kart car tuh ada 4 bijik jer, so 4 drivers at one go la... kira ala2 heat la..and i managed to win my heat, damn! it was fun and i really enjoy the ride of just tekan and pusing stering! i think i definitely have what it takes to be an F1 driver except for my age..huhuhuhu

I have been driving for over a decade. One would think I would have noticed the little secret on my dash that was staring me right in the face the whole time. I didn't and I bet you probably haven't either.

Quick question, what side of your car is your gas tank? If you are anything like me, you probably can't remember right away. My solution is to unco mfortably stick my head out the window, strain my neck and look. If you don't do this in your own car you definetly have done it in a borrowed or rental car.

Well ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to share with you my little secret so you will no longer look like Ace Ventura on your way to the gas station or put your neck at risk of uncomfort or injury (Aku memang experience yg ni waktu pegi cuti kat Langkawi...).

If you look at your gas guage, you will see a small icon of a gas pump. The handle of the gas pump will extend out on either the left or right side of the pump. If your tank is on the left, the handle will be on the left. If your tank is on the right, the handle will be on the right (see photo above). It is that simple!

I don't know how you feel right now but when I found out this morning I felt cheated!

Why don't the dealers share such importnant information with car buyers? I don't understand why this isn't in the drivers ed manual? I don't get why any mechanic I have ever been too or know has even thought of mentioning this to me? The only possible explantion can be that all these people probably don't even know!

Throughout this week the Blues are aiming to raise awareness of prostate, bowel and testicular cancer.

The charity was established in 2005 to highlight the growing number of men dying of testicular cancer in the prime of their lives. Acknowledging prevention and early detection of the disease is the one of the main objectives of the organisation – which has been awarded as one of the United Kingdom’s most innovative charities.

The other important aim of the Male Cancer Awareness Campaign is to help build a culture where embarrassment does not prevent men from addressing problems with intimate parts of their bodies.

The charity is currently touring the country raising awareness and Everton is one of their designated stops. During half-time of the Blues’ game with Sunderland on Saturday November 24, Mr Testicles – the charity’s mascot will be on the pitch at Goodison Park.

Patrick Cox, founder of the Male Cancer Campaign said: “Male Cancer Awareness Campaign would like to thank all the management, staff and players for their support and commitment.

“Everton have shown that its a Premier League club with balls - with so many supporters, the majority of them being men. something bout last weekend, and im looking forward for the next one :P

on friday night, went to azahar's house (ex-motorolan) just to ziarah as he calls it..its not an open house thingy, according to him ;) me and family arrived at his place at around 9pm as promised..and as usual, if u have azahar, u will expect to have fruits (ada epal, oranges etc)..he even treated us some fresh fruit juice; which according to him, does not contain additional sugar...awesome!

mon arrived a few minutes later...after some road finding efforts by him ( mon sesat kat kinrara! ), azahar came to the rescue and fetch him somewhere in kinrara...as usual, org bujang, makan lebih sikit la kan :) but we had fun especially meeting a friend we havent met for some time..

on sunday we went to eddie's house (adp3-ian) for his open house...kitaorg sampai dah agak lewat la..around 4pm camtu..luckily we saw mary, et, elly and wan...kalau tak macam mati kutu la sikit kot ;)

the food was great! ada beehon, nasik impit, rendang, kuih etc etc...memang besh...mana budak2 it yg lain? maybe tak sempat nak dtg kot...its ok, maybe next time! we had a solid 1 hour of eating and chit-chatting since dah lama tak jumpa... memang besh sessi jumpa-berjumpa nih!

on saturday, my auntie in subang jaya invited me to her house for an open house...her house is actually the place where i stayed right after i finished my university studies, for some who does not know this..

i stayed at my auntie's place when i started working with TAB...i remembered waking up early in the morning and had to cross the big road just in front of the ss15 maybank...then will need to take any of metro busses going to kl...had to stop just in front of mid valley...and then had to cross the federal highway and wait for another bus going to taman desa..it may sound susah but it is even worse to actually doing it...with the long queue (eh..ada queue ke malaysia nih? :P)..

but the most difficult thing is going back la..especially during ramadhan...the bus conductor even supplied us with some sweets for us to buka posa sebab memang jam tak hingat!
enuf of this old story, tapi later that day, we went to ghaz's open house cum house warming cum sessi jumpa budak2 lama.. i think he invited business students and not the whole of adp3, and since yem is business students, aku pun kena pegi la :P

his house is somewhere near pandan perdana area..a new condo..sorry, i rephrase, a newly renovated condo unit! aku lupa lak nak tanya berapa dia abis buat interior sume tuh...sure mahal nye! power la lu ghaz! there was suhardi (bukan budak business :P), zan azli, chicken, nizo (anak bini tinggai :P), man kot*, aje, amy, etc. etc yg aku tak berapa ingat nama...thanks for the nice food ghaz!

couldnt make it to the tongs session with apan, zan, rr at bangsar sebab aku still ada kat tesco time tu and cam dah penat, kena anto diaorg balik dulu, pastu nak pegi bangsar pulak cam jauh :P...maybe next time ya! lama siot tak tongs sama-sama..rasanyer last skali kat nz, tu pun dah bertahun kot!

sunday morning, pegi pasar beli ration utk sebulan...aku skrg dah pandai pegi sendirik..carik sotong, udang, ikan, daging, sayur, etc huhuhuhu...memang dah tua dah aku ni rupanye..and dah gemok (how i wish :D)..

and at around noon, since we dont have any open house to attend, aku decided to check out our bilik stor, which i suspect dah ada anai2..and to my horror, memang dah berduyun2 buat sarang kat khazanah almari aku tuh! so kena buat operasi bersihkan bilik la plak! it took me and my mom 5 hours to clear the "thing"! a number of my ppp books dah hancur kena makan..including 2 old alqurans! hangin aku... and yg paling sedih, semua magazine f1 aku yg dari tahun 2000 rosak! tak sempat aliff nak baca! thought of simpaning and sell it off in the future (a lot of the magz was during shumy's prime time!) memang rugi aku!

today, i straight away called the pest control to make an appointment utk teach the anai2 a lesson..insyaallah anai2 ni leh dibunuh..takut gak merebak pi bilik2 lain...

done with the physical works in the afternoon, yem and myself prepared ourselves for a kenduri kawin function kat jln subang airport..cant recall the place "the xxx resort" or something..boss dia got married..her boss is a 38 year old bachelor yg kawin dgn budak 24 year old...pergh!!!! waktu boss dia form 2 bini boss yem tu baru lahir siot!

im sorry that i havent have the time to upload my raya photos here yet...hope to do it early next week... have been busy lately..

havent i told u guys that i have moved to a new team as the gsm team has been officially closed down? i guess not..the work is already transferred to china and the're fully responsible for the gsm future works.. and now im in the VoIP team..doing testing as well..but since this is a newly setup team, all of use; which is 7 of us here in malaysia, needs to setup the whole architechture within the cyberjaya office building..we will be using ip phones as well as dual-mode phone, or in other words, a phone that can work on both the mobile network (gsm/umts/cdma) and wifi..kinda interesting but its still in early stages where a lot of physical work and reading is required...ngantuk beb!

another thing that i would like to share out is yesterdays uefa cup game between the blues and larissa; an outfit from greece who have ousted blackburn last time around..but luckily enough, this game will be played at goodison park..

ive read in the newspaper that the live matches for this round of uefa cup is only covering the spurs and bayerns' games...but i kinda tak puas hati or percaya and i stayed up untill around 12pm..

btw, do u guys notice that when we try to view the GUIDE via astro for future programs, astro only allow us to view future programs up until 12midnight shows..meaning to say that if im trying to see a future program at around 3am, i can only do that after 12pm! bodoh tull..thats why i've waited till midnight just to see this!

but to my agony, there will be no live of delayed telecast of the everton game! what a disgust! i dont mind if the game is played at ukraine like last time or something, but this is played in the UK! what a waste!

but, still thinking and believing that there will still be delayed forecast sometime of the day, i browsed through astro.com.my via the programming guide...and to my delight, there will be a delayed telecast at 520pm...

hmmmmm....have to go back early then! :P

wow..punya la lama tak berblogging..raya mood punya pasal sampai malas nak update blog..

aku masuk keje ari senin ari tuh...so cuti 10hari utk raya..memang raya sakan..balik teping, jasin, pegi ziarah rumah sedara sana sini...memang milage kete tu naik tak hingat dunia..takpe yg penting dpt jumpa sedara2 yg lama dah tak jumpa...

tapi seriously aku takder idea nak tulis apa buat masa ni...the only thing that comes across my mind right now is raikkonen is world champ! tak kira la appeal mclaren tuh success ke tidak, tapi i think this is some sort of balasan for last season where with 2 races to go, and schumy is leading the race, the engine gave up...which give alonso the upper hand..he only needs 1 point for the last race and he duly collected it! memang bitter pill to swallow..tapi this season is more interesting, kimi beats the 2 mclaren cars!

and the next one is definitely regarding the derby game last weekend...memang bias tul referee tuh! tension..im soooo used to losing but this time, it really makes my head blow! what can i say...the damn big 4 clubs are the gods of the premier league...sigh

Aku insyaallah akan bertolak pagi esok lepas sahur (12th Oct) - harap2 tak nampak anak bulan lagi :P And we will be staying at Kak Long's house (kat Selama Perak) instead of going back to Taiping. This year, everyone will be here except for Kak Ina and family. Takpe, insyaallah nanti kotaorg pi rumah Kak Ina k!

We will then go back to KL probably petang raya Kedua. Then on the third day balik Jasin lak. And we will see when we think fit to go back to KL...of course to beat the jam!

this is long time overdue...aliff's concert

the concert was on the 2nd day of puasa (and on friday some more)...it starts at 3 and ends at 630pm...and that was the 'plan' la...but it ended up at 710pm! only 10 mins to go and get aliff from the stage and go down to find the nearest restaurant we can find!

enough of this "mour"ning :P (sorry to chelsea fans)...

remember a few months back that i told you aliff is going to represent his school for a welcoming speech?

well, here is the cronology bringing to his appearance on stage

12.00pm - packing, and bersiaping damia..(including the camera)
1.00pm - went to solat jumaat
2.00pm - leave "home sweet home" to The Summit
2.50pm - arrived at the Summit Auditorium
3.00pm - MC announced that they will wait for another 10-20mins for others to arrive (during this time, i was playing with the camera - browsing that is)
3.30pm - MC announced that they will start in 5mins
3.35pm - Welcoming speech from the Principal3.40pm - MC accounced "the children will give a speech" - and Aliff's name is announced!

3.41pm - The stage's curtain is opened and Aliff walked straight to the mic.
I, with the camera on my hand, started to record this magic moment.

And suddenly, "Memory Full" message came out! Allah! Camne ni....memang tak sempat la nak amik movie nih!

Tu la citenyer...last-last just dapat a few words jer...we were caught unprepared! Disadvantage plak bila dia jadik the first person to be on stage....

BTW, here is his speech in text (dont think i can read this when i was in his age).

have u ever face this b4?

it is the first day or ramadhan...and obviously u r hungry...u came of out the office a bit late than permitted (430 dah leh balik tapi balik dlm kul 530)...and the road is jammed since everybody (including people yg tak puasa :P) is rushing home..

then u managed to stop and buy some food at the pasar ramadhan for berbuka puasa...and on the way back...about another 5km to reach home (which is already around 630pm), your car brakes down..yes...the car brakes down...

praying that this is a dream, i wish..but this happens to me last thursday, on the first of ramadhan..memang tuhan nak menduga aku nih.. :) and aku accept dengan redha...

memang this is the first time my car broke down..tak pernah..sejak pakai wira dulu lagi...so aku cam a bit cuak..tapi berkat ramadhan aku rasa, aku alhamdulillah tenang and terus call my borther... luckily he's already at home..

upon waiting for my bro to come, i tried to start the car, but failed...then i remembered that i just changed the timing belt a few days b4..i straight away called the pormen and ask him...he troubleshoot..via phone lagi..and alhamdulillah he confirmed that it is not the timing belt that causes the problem...it has something to do with the fuel pump..sementara nunggu abang aku sampai, siap leh jumpa member lagi, intan, asyida, aiza..sume pakai jalan tuh...and they stopped and asked what they can help...terima kasih byk!

well, that is what he says...so i pk i better wait for my bro to arrive..and in a few minutes, he arrived and we went straight to look for any shops nearby...and finally dpt jgk jumpa kedai depan jusco..

and luckily the pormen tu agree utk pegi nengok kete...after packing a few things, they followed us...we took them to the "breakdown scene" :P.. and you know what...once the pormen turns the key to start the car, the car actually starts! tadi bila aku try tak nak plak start...

kira tak pe la..tapi we asked them to take the car to the workshop to check what's wrong..and the day after they called and informed me that the fuel relay is the culprit..but there's definitely a price to pay RM200! nak buat camne, tukar jer la...

so bila dah siap aku pun pegi ambik kete...and on saturday we decided to go to subang to carik mende bukak posa...and on our way there, our car breakdown again! this time just after sunway pyramid...

i took aliff and mia out of the car and put them under a tree near the kaki jalan..bahaya satu, panas pun lagi satu..so better for us to stay clear off the road... and i straight away called the promen and they said they will come in a short while..

dlm 1/2 hour they arrived and skali lagi diaorg leh startkan kete, took it to somewhere safe.."kita tukar fuel filter" they said...fuel filter plak...hari tu fuel relay...brape plak la nak kena ni...

and after changing the fuel filter, they cleaned the throttle body..sebab diaorg kata dah kotor..memang dah kotor la..rasa tak penah cuci pun...and bila dah siap, diaorg ckp RM20 jer...pheww lega tul...ingat RM400 ker.... :P or maybe this is the problem and not the relay as what they told me yesterday! alahai...sabo jer la...

what an experience...really!

and alhamdulillah kete tu dah tak buat perangai lagi...doakan dia tak buat perangai lagi...

team celebration! finally!

huhuhuhu...after "ding-dong"ing for a number of times, akhirnya ada jgk milestone celebration utk team kitaorg nih! asyik nengok budak2 cdma jek ..jealous you :P

although this celebration is a combination of mgate5 to mgate2 (wow..there are actually 4 milestones that have been achieved during this time), we still accept it as a rezeki to the saki bakie team members yg still tinggal...

we had the celebration at Xing Zhu, cyber view (rebung in melayu kalau tak silap)..and had a lunch buffet...been there during the shell years with my beloved pm at that time kevin thai, the place, for me is kinda nice and cozy....also the food is quite delicious especially the dim sum... i had my first dim sum (rebus and goreng) here... no wonder it has some sentimental place in my mind :P

i did go for our annual party last friday which was held at pj hilton..or in specific chillies..

i went for the party for only one purpose...lucky draw :P hoping to get at least a saguhati..the main prize is the new moto/razr2 wow! besh nyer..

the party started like any of our event, a speach from KY...cause our country manager could not make it for the party...then makan2..the food was not to my expectation...tak kesah la sebab aku pun bukannye leh makan byk sgt pun ;)

next, live band! aku ingat ada search ker..huhuhu tapi ada group yg aku pun tak kenal performing quite a number of famous songs...during this time, a lot of the staffs are already in the "mabuk" mode...we can see a lot of them started dancing, singing and laughing their heart out..with a glass of beer on their hands

you guys might wonder where am i during that time...luckily there is a place to sit and watch the proceding happens..anti-social? i dont think so...just dont want to minggle with those kinda things...especially takut terkena plak beer tuh.. :)

after the show...there was the "dress of the night"...and our jalil won it by miles! cayala rocker!

and finally the lucky draw...the mc started to announce the names for the saguhati prize..i waited with patience...and guess what..my name is not in the list..

so my expectation increases as i might have the chance to get the 3 main prizes, rite? ya rite..the draw for these 3 are made on stage...but anti-climaxly :P my name was not one of those!
takpe la...maybe bukan rezeki la kot...

last saturday we went to our saudara's kenduri kat somewhere near hukm..tak berapa ingat nama tempat tuh..tapi diaorg buat kenduri kat dlm dewan kolej ke9 um or something...

this is my pakcik's first kenduri, anak sulung la katakan...tapi buat 2 pasang skali...anak dia actually kembar :P jimat la kos sikit huhuhu...jgn silap pengantin lelaki dah

but yg paling penting skali is one of the tetamu kehormat la..my pakcik is one of the anak murid of tuan hj harun din..and he came for this kenduri..he even sat and makan kat meja pengantin...

so i took this opportunity to go and salam him and i even brought both my kids to see him..just cukup utk tuan hj jarun din salam and pegang ubun2 diaorg dah memadai..rasa mcm bertuah plak..ingat nak mintak doa ker apa ker, tapi rasa mcm tak appropriate la plak during kenduri...rasa mcm "being touched by an angel" pun ada gaks..insyaallah dpt berkat air tangan pun jadik la :D (aku jakun macam jumpa pak lah or dr mahathir camtu ;))

tapi, as any other ulama, he's face is always berseri and have this karisma kinda look...hopefully aliff can be like him..amin!

lama siot cuti...i started cuti from 29th and today is my first day at work (3rd sept)..malasnyer nak keje. :P

25th august hari tu pegi tengok the firework competition at putrajaya...italy punya turn that night...at first it was kak ura's idea to bring her kids and my mom to see the show tapi bila diaorg were on the road, my mom's car rosak plak...kat mrr2...they had to turn back..

and since we're already at cyberjaya, kitaorg pun decided utk terus pegi nengok jer la..and kitaorg sampai dlm kul 930pm kat depan seri puteri..ingat port tu tak la ramai sgt..tapi pergh! ramai nak mampus...parking sampai muat satu kete jer nak lalu..

i called my friend yg duduk kat depan seri puteri ni..apa tah nama tempat ni..cyber height or something...and he said to come in and park the car inside his condo's parking area...so ok la! we went there and parked our car without any hassle..

tapi tadi i went to see an officemate of mine baru lepas operation keluarkan tumor kat otak dia.. memang scary this one...especially tengok rambut kena potong ala rekruit dan yg paling menggerunkan aku is the tengkorak of his...ada kesan belahan semi circle on the left hand side of his head...

he even mentioned that tengkorak is not like our tulang yang boleh sambung balik bila potong, patah, retak..tengkorak punya behavior is that way..bila potang, memang tak sambung balik...gulp... hmmmm...that explains the metal clips dekat kepala dia...macam dawai kokot stapler kat opis tu, but twice that size..

and he mentioned yang the tumor is about 4 1/2 cm in size which is quite big i think...but the operation cuma buang the main tumor and the saki baki still tertinggal sebab dia ada atas cell otak...another gulp....so lepas ni kena buat kimotheraphy ...aduh memang sedih gak la tengok ...and he's still 31years of age!

i guess u guys would probably know that i will be writing this down on my blog today..

everton beats 40mill pound firepower spurs comprehensively...yesterday night...to tell u the truth, i was really nervous watching this game..having known the fact that everton always struggle to get something from a london team, especially spurs.. last year, we did beat them at white hard lane after exactly 21 years on winless efforts in the premier league, but this time we did it again, in style some more :P

3 - 1 is an outstanding scoreline, i must say..and moyes must have learned from the "spursgate" last season with his pathetic substitution...this time, he got it right!

summarizing the game yesterday, here's my rating on the boys in the royal blue

Howard - had no chance for their goal, and did what he needed to when called upon, including a superb stop against Defoe. 7 out of 10.

Hibbert - not great going forward as usual, but solid defensively. 7 out of 10.

Yobo - Outstanding as usual, save for one cock-up with Hibbert in the first half. The old Yobo (think back to the first game of the season against Man Utd a couple of seasons back) seems to be gone forever. 8 out of 10.

Stubbs - looked like he was going to torn apart by Bent early on, but settled well and of course weighed in with a goal. 7 out of 10.

Lescott - should be in the England starting XI. This man is the most consistent defender we have had for years. Oh, and he's being played out of position too. 9 out of 10

Osman - man of the match. He may be lightweight, but there is no-one more committed to the cause in a blue shirt. 9 out of 10.

Neville - did the job required, and even managed a few decent passes. Lead the team well. 7 out of 10.

Carsley - ran his heart out and blocked Spurs' path again and again. 7 out of 10.

Arteta - an increasingly good measure of how good a player is in the Premiership is how often opposition players resort to fouls. Mikky must be fouled more often than Ronaldo (the difference being that Mikky isnt a diving, snivelling little shit). Pure class. 9 out of 10.

Anichebe - held the ball up well and wore their defenders down. Was clearly knackered towards the end, but not through lack of fitness - he simply ran and ran and ran. 8 out of 10.

Johnson - had couple of chances that you would normally expect him to take, but is showing signs of recapturing his form from early last season. I anticipate an AJ brace against a lesser keeper on Saturday. 7 out of 10.

last weekend we had to go to our mother's place...have to take our mak lang to go and see my mom since she's going back to penang the day after...and due to this, i cant actually go to konot's wedding, sorry konot! but azlan and family wishes u the best in ur marriage ;)

mak lang actually have prepared laksam for my mom...and as a return, my mom prepared rendang dinding :) both of the dishes are superb, i tell u...memang besh!

on another totally different story, aliff is being selected to represent his friends for a speech in english...and he has 3 weeks to practice...dah la tu, kena hafal plak tuh! memang mencabar la aku rasa, especially for his parents :P kena everyday practice...

the speech is kinda panjang la jgk, 4 sentenses in total, pray for him ya! doa2 dia leh hafal ni time cuti skolah next week ;)

wow, the epl has started and what a relief. my weekends have been kinda boring, watching boring shows during weekends especially..i kinda pelik with the free tv nowadays, weekends are when people wanna watch their tv show yet, their programs have been really boring..tapi bila pk balik, bila dulu2 time baru kawin dulu, takder astro..kitaorg memang nengok free tv jer, tv3 mostly..time tu takder lagi tv8, 9 ni...tapi boleh idup jer..

tapi skrg bila takder astro, especially sports channel, rasa mcm kosong...nothing...ntah la nape..

coming back to the epl, alhamdulillah everton did manage to win its first game of the season...hope we can continue this momentum to our next game, which is agains spurs away! think its going to be hard, as usual..tapi nothing is impossible. and the best thing is, its going to be aired live...pagi rabu 3am..COYB!

pejam celik pejam celik this is my 100th entry...at first, i never thought of even reading people's blog during my leasure time, its simply smashing to know that i have reached this one small tiny winy milestone of my internet life :P

what's best to tie this milestone to an everton entry...being an evertonian since i was born (well, this is well being bloated, but since 1980an la) i really admire the man in blue..but definitely not the red shite! i remember my big brother was supporting the red shite that time (dulu kitaorg main bola yg pakai kad tuh, pakai bola kertas kecik and jentik ngan kad tuh..memang best...bola akan dapat kat player yg paling dekat..pastu kena adjust kekuatan jentikan utk buat passing...boleh la main ngan aliff camni :P)..but look at him now, he's a red devil! memang dasar nengok form jer..team kuat, sokong, tak kuat sah sah tak sokong!

having said that, being blue is always depressing, bukan ngan team, tapi ngan press, tv, pay tv, paper, internet, yg memang tak pandang langsung the boys in blue...tapi bila ada berita pasal the red shite (kopites), even pasal mende kecik jer, heboh satu dunia...tapi im used to it, "what the heck do we care?"

furthermore, the liverpool city council (LCC) is obviously menganak-tirikan everton with the red shite stadium kat stanley park tuh! memang menjijikkan :P bila everton came out with the idea to build a stadium near stanley park, LCC was saying they wanted to preserve the greenery at the area, tapi bila red shite nak buat, boleh la plak!

tapi i think everton fc pun ada drawback gak la sebab takder yankie/chinese/hong kong/russian sugar-daddy yg nak invest...last2 end up ngan TESCO! gila apa...pegi stadium pastu pegi minum kat food court! i cant imagin tuh...tapi nak buat camne...

snake alert

well, yesterday we came back quite late from the office...kitaorg sampai rumah around 8pm. and when i was going inside the car porch, i saw the pintu tong sampah terbuka and i can see a bag of sampah inside there la of course...

our taman here have a lot of stray dogs, so i will be a mess if they come and gigit the sampah away la...so i was saying to myself, "camne la pintu ni tak tutup"

after parking my car, i went straight to the dustbin and tried to close it"ya Allah, tak leh tutup la plak" cam tersangkut cause it seems that the door has been bented and it is difficult to close...i tried tapi gagal..."takpe la..esok try lagi"

so we went inside and mom told us that in the afternoon, there was a SNAKE trying to get into our HOUSE! through the front door! "kepala dah nampak kat dalam", mak ckp. Ya Allah, camne tu? dah la ada budak2 yg tak tau apa...maunye dia nampak mcm toy ker aper ke..maunye dia pegang ke...nauzubillah

tapi alhamdulillah...dtg pulak guard taman kitaorg tu utk menolong...they came together with a buluh and managed to kill the snake...alhamdulillah the snake kena bunuh kat depan pintu..tapi, darah byk la plak kena kat pintu tu... so coming back to the pintu tong sampah tu, rupa2nyer guard tu siap berdiri kat atas pintu tong tu...padanla!

tapi yg penting, everybody is safe and sound...

upon hearing that, i called my mom..."mak, ada ular nak masuk rumah lan pagi tadi, tapi alhamdulillah guard tu sempat bunuh dia", "mak ada petua dak?"

then, my mom pun cite la yg ular tak suka bau limau purut...she asked me to buy some limau purut and hiris the limau purut and lumurkan kat sekeliling rumah...

also, if we can find belerang better, just pour the belerang sekeliling rumah...insyallah dia tak mai...amin

ramai tul org nakkan date nih...i agree la that the date is unique in a way and it is also bertuah that it falls on a saturday....even quite a number of my neighbours kawin on that day ( i can see khemah and luxurious cars with ribbons in front of their houses )

so, our friend here also tak nak melepaskan peluang utk tarikh ni, mohd khairi :) he was married the week before and this was the kenduri for his side...the location is at the sime darby hall or something, cant quite remember the hall name but it is somewhere near bukit jelutung... maybe dekat2 ngan rumah zan...tul ke zan?

when we're there, a lot of familiar faces were there, atiqah, faizan, big show, mon, tem, shahida, jue, fadela, yohan, rozailan, fahmi, azahar and family, aiza, asyida, sabita and a few more...

tapi memang grande la kendurik tu...when we're there, a set of penyambut tetamu where there to greet us and we're asked "berapa org encik?" ...mcm nak makan kat restoran plak :P"4" i said...then we were taken to our table..tapi takleh la nak makan ngan member2 lain...and also, the kenduri is not self-service mcm the trend rite now, its "hidang"ed. tapi all in all, kendurik tu memang best! kalau boleh buat la selalau keri :P

sports/movie weekend

well...it was like a sports plus movie weekend..on 07.07.07, chicken little was premiered on HBO .. we did watched this movie via a pirated CD but the quality was very bad so this was the first time we watched the movie formally...then the second movie that we watched was harry potter: the goblet of fire...aliff was really excited to watch both movies and it was worthwhile :)

then we have a list of sports going on during the weekend... copa america, asia cup, wimbledon, silverstone gp

F1 - 2 wins in a row for kimi! im really excited bout this one cause im kinda not keen on the 2 mclarens! menang sebab dpt confidential info from insider :P

Roger Federer - 5 wimbledon title in a row! i am a fan of nadal...and watching the game yesterday, it was one of the best ive watched so far (sebab dulu tak brape minat tennis)...as for the ladies, i didnt watch the finals sebab im a fan of justine henin..dah kalah semis ;)

Vietnam buli UAE (komemtator asyik jerit jer...) - yg ni memang terkezut la..bila nengok highlight ni, especially. memang UAE kena buli...i pray malaysia can play like this in the tournament

Eventon's Tim Cahill saves Ozzie - the press is not making a lot of noice about this one..if it was Kewell who scored the goal, it will definitely be the top news all over the world! nvmind, at least we know cahill is blue trough and through!

parents and teachers day

last saturday qdees puncak jalil had a parents and tearchers day...its something like a report card day where teachers will inform the parents on their child's progress in the 1st half of the year..

parents are given 10mins to see the teachers and ask any questions that they have during this period...the whole session would be from 8am to 12tghari..

so, as usual, we came early at around 815am to the school but to our surprise, there were quite a number of parents who're already at the school and started their session..when we came, "good morning, please be seated" said the principal..

En-Einstein; which is a pre-school 2 class; a class for the english medium (yg ada english ngan mandarin medium jerk) for 5year old students; dah ada 2 org queing to see the teacher, Teacher Parames..

and during the "waiting" period, we chatted with one of aliff's classmates' father.."the pendidikan islam class is a bit slow kan?" the guy said.. "iqraq macam tak gerak-gerak pun" he added..

"a ah..tu la..kami pun nak tanya gak kenapa macam tak banyak progress ngan pendidikan islam ni" tapi memang la, pendidikan islam dia macam slow sikit..iqraq progress mcm 1-2 pages per week...kinda slow la for us...tapi mesti bukan Teacher Parames yg ajar kan! huhuhu must be some other muslim teacher...kena tanya nih!

and our turn came...and she started the session by "aliff muqri is bad in coloring!" :D then she opened aliff's file and showed us his "masterpiece".. memang berterabur la..she continued "when i said to him that he's poor in coloring, aliff will look sad" huhuhu memang sedih la bila org ckp camtu kat dia...but for us, he's improving.. sebelum ni color memang terkeluar la dari border lukisan tu tapi skrg dah boleh control tak kasik keluar...insyaallah in a few more months or so, boleh la kot ;)

then, she keluarkan the report card..the report card contains a lot of things, starting from day 1 of the school term till today...its being divided into a few sections namely subjects; BM, BI, Maths, Moral, Attitude etc...

and all of them aliff dpt 'A' in each! im really proud....Teacher Parames said that aliff is very attentive in class, and dia paham apa yg dia ajar straight away..mcm fast learner..his english reading book is already at book12 and his close "competitor" is at book9. im really shocked to hear that! sebab sebelum ni nak baca A B C pun tak leh, tapi alhamdulillah he's fast improving...

his BM reading book is now at book5. and he seems to be able to read sukukata quite well..and now bila jln2 dlm kereta, he likes to read the signboards :)

all in all, im really proud of my son even though his exams dia tak dpt sume 100%..english ada 2 salah :) but this is just kindergarten right! just go to school, have fun and make lots of friends! thats the most important thing!

formal complain

actually bila dah lama tak berblogging, samapi dah tak tau nak cite apa lagi la...maybe this is what they call "blogging syndrome"..whatever that means..

since i dont really know what to write, maybe i can share some tips regarding on "camne nak make sure our complains are heard and actions are taken on them"..seriously, this happens to me few days back..it might happen to u too, maybe in different form or another..

sometime in feb this year, we've received our house key from sp setia, the developer. and one of the feature of this house is the build-in security. and since the day we received our key, we have been promised a hundred times to be "DEMOed" on the alarm system. there was one time sometime in march that we did go to our house together with the alarm contractor, and bila dia nak start demo jek, the main board kaput..tensen tul...so it was again being posponed!

so to make the story short, up until last week, (since feb min you!) no call whatsoever from the contractor...we were so pissed off since the warranty period is nearing its end, and decided to write a formal complain!
we're written a formal letter (u know, the one with the "di harap pihak Tuan..bla bla bla") and hantar the letter to the CEO of SP Setia! i managed to find the name of the CEO in the newspaper, some Tan Sri apa ntah..but what the heck! I really want to make a compain!

so bila dah pos, 2 days after that (postage time), one MD from this security company called me and wanted to make an appointment for the alarm system to be activated! boleh la plak! dulu siap ckp takder org nak buat. bila dah send surat complain ni, dan dan boleh buat!

tips: buat formal complain and send it to the top guy in the company. this guy will assign this to somebody to be taken care off. insyallah, your complains will be heard..try it!

jun 9th 07 - apan dah tak teruna

hari ni aku ada masa terluang sikit utk update my blog...do read my previous entries kat bwh :)

alhamdulillah, apan dah bernikah! and kenduri dia buat kat Taman Warisan Putrajaya...kinda cool jgk buat kenduri kat sini...a lot of people came, some i know and some i dont know...

ada gak artis2 yg dtg..tak sempat nak tanya apan camne dia kenai...syani, pakcik yg berlakon sembilu kasih for example..tapi apan kan memang artis so kena biasakan diri :P

we've met eti, mary, zan, mamaq, rr, rudy, shareen to name a few..mamaq dah kawin and this is the first time i've met his wife..sebab kenduri dia dulu takleh nak pegi..

cuma tak sempat nak berborak panjang ngan bebudak tu, especially apan la...hopefully boleh jumpa lagi next time...yeoouusssss!!!

and as usual, makan nasik minyak during this time of the year..melambak2 kenduri kawin and this is one of those...my cousin kat ipoh...so kena balik ipoh la...

we went to ipoh at around 1130 camtu (bertolak dlm kul 930 - so 2 jam ni normal la)..and bila dah jumpa sedara2 yg dah lama tak jumpa memang besh! and bila dah petang sikit (dlm kul 4pm) hari mcm nak hujan and we've decided to go off together (my sis pun convoy)..and kitaorg took off dlm kul 430 from ipoh...

and u know what! it was jammed from simpang pulai up until rawang! WG^%$#@#$#%^ punyala bengang...a trip that should take us 2 hours or so, end up in 6hours! letih tahap cipan and this is on an automatic transmission car...tak tau la kalau manual, tercabut lutut kot!@

and the best thing is, both kids didnt sleep the whole trip! menangis...gaduh...berebut....nak terberak....etc memang mencabar...yg time nak terberak tuh, siap aku kena keluar exit mana tah, sebab R&R sesak macam haram.. tapi alhamdulillah sampai jugak ke kl walaupun dah malam...
